Shipping & Returns Policy
Most Signature Pick products are made to order. Standard fabrication time of most items is 6-8 weeks after the order is placed. This estimate does not include shipping time. Estimated lead times are not guaranteed, and do not apply to high volume and custom orders. Please contact us directly for more information about lead times. After orders have entered the production process we are unable to cancel an order.
Small items are shipped parcel delivery by either USPS or FedEx, depending on which service you selected at checkout. In stock parcel delivery items typically ship within 4-5 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Furniture and large parcels are crated and shipped freight. We offer two levels of freight service:
Threshold - Furniture and larger parcels will be delivered over your threshold to the first dry area (Entrance to the house/garage). Multi-unit building addresses will be left inside building entrance, instead of your door.
White Glove - Furniture ships with full-service in-home delivery, which includes placement in your room of choice, assembly if required, and removal of packaging.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery, inspecting the shipment upon receipt and signing, and nothing any damage to the packaging. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to help insure appropriate replacement or credit. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
Furniture, accessories, art, custom orders, and sale items are final sale, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions or would like further information, please reach out to email@example.com before purchase.
You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required. Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 15 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
